On behalf of the Swiss Geological Survey swisstopo and the Swiss Federal Office of Energy SFOE, the FGS (Swiss Georesources Group - ETH Zurich) has presented a report. It presents international research on the potential extraction of critical raw materials from geothermal fluids. It also provides information on the occurrence of lithium in the deep underground in Switzerland.
